Jim Griffin, Founder of Ntown615Ntown615 was created in 2007 through the vision of Jim Griffin. Jim is a native Nashvillian with a thorough background in commercial business investments and real estate. He strives to better the community he has grown up in while maximizing investor’s he works with returns. He created Ntown615 to explicitly be a place for real estate development, business management, and business development in and around the Nashville, TN area. He has continued to do this through the development of shopping center projects where he places coin laundry stores and dry cleaning shops. Jim has also spearheaded work within the hospitality and hotel industry and developed several residential areas, and cash businesses. He is also currently affiliated with Crye-Leike Commercial Real Estate in Brentwood, TN.
In addition to Jim’s real estate brokerage and development experience, he brings to the table over thirty years of experience in the dry cleaning industry and coin laundry industry. He has developed numerous dry cleaning establishments, as well as over 20+ coin laundries as well.
